Full Time Cleaner
Berthon Lymington Marina prides itself on having the best washroom facilities in the Solent. To ensure these are kept to the highest standards we require a cleaner (for the first half of the day) who is ready to bring sparkle and shine to the marina and able to channel Mrs Hinch’s cleaning energy.
Yacht Service Manager
Berthon is expanding, so we are seeking an experienced yacht service manager to join our team of existing managers. A strong marine engineering knowledge will be an advantage, plus wide experience of sailing yachts and motor yachts up to 80 feet. The successful candidate will be organised, presentable and outgoing, with experience of dealing with wealthy yacht owners. The position offers a good annual salary, plus a notional dividend based on the performance of the company.

Marine Electrical/ Electronics Foreman Required
Berthon has an opportunity available for an experienced Marine Electrical/ Electronics Foreman to lead our highly skilled team of marine electricians and apprentices on major refits, repairs, upgrades, equipment updates, new installations, and in-service-support for military, commercial and yacht customers.

This Sales Operation is already successfully selling brokerage yachts ranging from 50 to 110 feet – internationally collaborating with our team of brokers in the UK, Sweden, and on the East Coast of the USA. We have Marine Electrician jobs suitable for a range of people, from two to three years’ experience to the most highly experienced marine industry professionals.
