We are seeking a second installer to join the team to install, repair and maintain a variety of leisure and commercial docks and other berthing systems such as HarborHoist.
- Ability to manage a project from start to finish
- Customer facing providing service and support
- Control housekeeping and safety of facilities
- Quality & Stock control: control inventory, receive/unload goods, prepare orders for delivery on site including using a variety of tools and equipment.
- Forklift Truck driving (training can be given)
- Responsible for maintaining tooling and equipment in a serviceable state
- Maintain all required documentation
- Support sales team
- Deal with technical enquiries (After gaining product knowledge and experience)
- Travel in UK and overseas
The Person
- Mechanical aptitude with marine knowledge
- Clean driving licence
- Problem solving skills
- Able to work either alone or lead a team
- Self-starter
- Motivated
- Good telephone manner
- Organised with the ability to plan their work
- Good time management
- Powerboat Level 2 qualified (training can be given)
- Presentable with the ability to cross sell to other customers
