Design & Quality

Gemini’s in-house design department models each project using 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) to enable our clients to visualise the final product.

Gemini Marine holds the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certification issued by DNV, assuring our worldwide client base of continuous quality management throughout the entire production process.

Built to international recognised standard, and can be easily equipped and coded to meet local authority regulatory compliance.

The fit-out process is completed at Berthon, who hold ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS18001:2007.

Engine Selection

Gemini RIBs are available with a wide range of petrol and diesel engine solutions, offered in both single and twin configurations to match operational needs.

Twin outboard options provide enhanced reliability, superior shallow-water capability, and exceptional maneuverability at both low and high speeds. For missions where redundancy is critical, auxiliary backup outboards can be fitted to ensure safety.
